In the summer of 2022, I was informed that I needed to have a few surgeries which meant taking time off of my full time teaching job. It also meant that I would be laying around a lot! My passion has always been the three areas that affordableamy now emcompasses, but I wanted to figure out a way to share that passion with others. After a few weeks on the couch, I was so eager to make good use of my downtime. “Why not build my own website?” WELL, that was no easy task. I truly do not know if I could have done it without You Tube. I was finally able to get my site up and running. I then researched other influencers who I had been following for years. The consistent piece of advice that I heard was to “just do it”, and to “follow your passion.” So here I am, and I am loving every minute of it. I am new to this endeavor, and VERY new to this type of technology. The “digital world” is what it is referd to, and I am determined to continue to learn and share what I love.
